Our subsidiary SAIREM Iberica has developed monomode and multimode microwave applicators for the rubber vulcanization.
Other types of systems are also available: custom made microwave ovens, combination hot air or infra-red furnaces as well as efficient cooling systems.
All turn-key ready production lines are fully automated.
We can equally build entirely new production lines as well as carry out up-grades of existent lines: pre-heating systems, laboratory equipment etc.

High energy density, 40 kW distributed over 800 mm;
360° heating around the sample.
Cooling systems:
Highly efficient cooling systems, with high water flow and high vaporization rate;
