1. The RF applicator can be designed in different shapes as a function of the product type and/or the desired treatment: batch or continuous flow, capacitive or self-inductive, with flat electrodes or alternated bares;
   
   
2. Applicators are compliant with security norms EN 55011, for example tightly controlled bands of frequency 27.12MHz +/- 0.6% or 13.56MHz +/- 0.06%. The generator is controlled with a quartz plate, therefore its frequency is totally independent of the treatment type and is stable;
   
   
3. Power efficiency (kW absorbed by the product) is displayed permanently; this is different to traditional systems where the measurement is only in Amps which is not a true measurement of the efficiency of the absorbed power;
   
   
4. Power level can be controlled via PLC. The system allows for very simple temperature control;
   
   
5. RF generator can be located at many meters away from the oven or applicator;
   
   
6. The impedance is continuously adjusted at 50 Ohm to compensate for the product parameters change during treatment: volume increase/decrease, temperature increase, humidity content change etc.;
   
   
7. Easy and quick care and maintenance due to easy access to components and simplified fault finding procedure;
   
   
8. The sole available technology which is compatible with the use of standard equipment for test and control;
   
   
9. One generator can supply more than 1 applicator;
   
   
10. Higher reproducibility, higher productivity and lesser risk of arcing.
