SAIREM Iberica is SAIREM’s Spanish subsidiary created in 1998 in Barcelona.
SAIREM Iberica is an engineering company specialized in applications using microwave and radio frequency. Main activities of SAIREM Iberica are computer simulation of microwave processing, design & manufacturing of complete line for continuous rubber vulcanization and marketing of other SAIREM’s products and services, particularly in Spanish-speaking countries.
Sairem Ibérica collaborates with research organizations such as Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, l’Universidad Politécnica de Catalunya, Centro de Investigación de Catalunya (CRIC) and INASMET (Basque Country).
Computational simulation of electromagnetic waves
Sairem Iberica is equipped with devices for electromagnetic simulation allowing the study and development of new designs for our customers. Such devices make possible the optimization of various technical solutions with direct and reproducible results on the efficiency and capacity of the applied technological process.
The use of electromagnetic field simulation makes also possible to study, evaluate and improve the physical behaviour of different systems, particularly due to:
- Accurate adjustment of the electromagnetic field frequency;
- Comprehension of various physical phenomena inside the material (interaction effects wave / material);
- Anticipation of wave leakage and solution for all the problems connected to the compliance to radiation standards (health & safety and interference with other equipment)
- Maximum flexibility to support custom-build systems;
- Representation of energy distribution inside the structure.
Such simulations can be applied both to industrial applicators and to prototypes. This is valid whatever the applications, the operating mode, the sizes or the nature of the product to be treated. The understanding of these various parameters allows us to better evaluate the duration of the study and the required optimization to meet our customers’ requests. |
