Permanent learning encouraged
At SAIREM, learning is a cornerstone of our culture. Through our internal training school, we offer more than 20 technical training programs covering microwave and radio-frequency technologies, plasma applications, food processing, microbiology, and more, as well as complementary courses such as project management, conflict management, and quality methods.
Our goal is to equip every employee with a strong and shared knowledge base, while ensuring the transmission, development, and long-term preservation of SAIREM’s expertise. By continuously investing in people, we empower our teams to grow, innovate, and build reliable solutions together.
Improving professional equality
To carry out its commitment on professional equality, SAIREM calculate a yearly professional index about women and men equality.
This index rely on multiple parameters such as gender pay gap, individual pay rise distribution, number of employees increased during their maternity or paternity leave and finally parity among the 10 highest paid employees.
For the 2023/2024 period reference, SAIREM obtain a score of 93/100 (or 79/85)*. This reflects the diversity and equality of our company. But it push us to take new action to further improve this score within the next years.

Meet our team
As an electronic engineer specialized in automation, I worked for five years in the Customer Service department, commissioning special-purpose machines for our customers. I became a Customer Project Manager, building on both my technical knowledge and the training provided by our Learning Center.
For me, this represents a true professional achievement.
Young doctor-engineer, I joined the design office team in June 2020 to develop our understanding of the interactions between electromagnetic waves and matter. I have various missions: coordinate and contribute to studies, achieve numeric modelizations and participate to qualifications of our products. My colleagues are always available to help, it’s a human centered company.
I joined Sairem in 2022 as a software engineer intern as part of my studies.
Now in permanent contract as embedded software engineer, I put my skills on solid-state generators projects.
